Calla Ndiaye

Senior staff attorney

Calla writes the guides most of our clients read first, then works their custody cases.

Calla joined the clinic after several years at a legal aid office. She writes in short sentences on purpose, and tests each guide on someone who has never been to court.

She works with parents on schedules, relocation and changes to orders that no longer fit.

How Calla works

She asks every parent to describe an ordinary Tuesday before she talks about law. The schedule comes from the Tuesday.

She will explain any word in a court paper, as many times as it takes.
